After you have evaluated a sample for a series — under the [Samples] menu — if you would like to receive further material for that series, please complete the following Request Form.
Notes:
Fields 3-6 have drop down menus that give you various options. Click on the down arrow to see the options, then click on the option you wish to choose.
Field 4: If you request the “Computer” presentation format, I will automatically send you the Application doc file as well as the Series pdf file. More information is given under the [Studies] menu item.
Field 5: You will be able to choose three options:
—“Option 1 — Next Study”: To receive the next individual Study in the series. This might suit you if you wanted to process the material in a consistent, disciplined way, where you would request the next Study each time you are ready for it or, as an alternative, have another Study emailed to you automatically on a regular basis (at a frequency of your choice).
—“Option 2 — Next Section”: Similar to the above but where the material is batched into sections of about 5 Studies at a time.
—“Option 3 — Other”: Normally, it is preferable to stage the distribution of this material, for a number of reasons. Complete series contain a lot of material, each being well over 100 pages and some close to 300 pages. Some people can find this amount of material a little daunting if they receive it as one package, especially since the material is designed to be applied…not just read. If you had in mind to use this material in a small group, you may find it expedient to stage the distribution under Options 1 or 2. If you would like to evaluate a complete series, please make use of the “Comment” field to help me understand what you have in mind so that I can be of most help to you.

Under no circumstances will “Why Am I Here?” Training disclose your email address or personal details to any other person or organisation.
